⚠️ NHS Mail is changing!

The NHSmail Portal is being replaced by Launchpad, creating a simpler and more secure way for health and social care colleagues to access Microsoft 365 services, including email, Teams, and file management, all in one trusted environment.

For most frontline social care staff, nothing changes in how they use NHSmail day to day . The biggest impact is for shared mailbox owners and administrators, who will gain much greater self-service capability and control, reducing delays and dependence on Helpdesk support while making NHS.net easier for social care organisations to manage.
